In view of the COVID-19 situation, we have put together some added measures to ensure higher standard of hygiene and sanitisation of our facilities, adding to confidence and safer stay of guests given the current circumstances

Pre Arrival

We would now take up bookings only via email, and recommend all guests to fill in our online check in form prior to arrival; including a self-declaration on travel and health history and Photo ID: Passport for international Traveller / Passport or Driving License for Indian National

In case of last minute cancellation will be flexible for those reasons such as symptomatic cases or local authorities restriction

On Arrival

All guests, staff and visitors are welcomed keeping in mind social distancing, we would be saying no to welcome drinks, however a fresh juice, tea or coffee will reach your room as desired
All our staff would wear face mask and gloves
For those guests who have completed pre arrival registration, are required to present only the Photo ID, and rest of the check in procedures would not be required
A temperature screening is recorded, and any temperature above 99F/37.5C, would require to be recorded to local health authority to receive instruction and we will assist the guests to see that the best care is made available to them
Contactless hand sanitisation for guests and visitors is available
It may be noted that we are open for in house guests only, barring the exception of few visitors
The luggage is sanitised using (chemical) thermal clouding, and will be reached up to the front of every room by our staff
The guest will be lead to the rooms, with a show around of the property maintaining a social distancing
The reception area if used by the guest will be sanitised, and is sanitised after every visit of an outsider.
The guest will also have a WhatsApp number of the guest’s in charge for any assistance

Your Room & Stay

All rooms are sanitised before and after a guest uses (chemical) cold fogging, we would have also used extensive sanitisation of high touch points, and a deep cleaning of the rooms.

Face mask and gloves are used by staff while cleaning the room
Mini bars are only on request, as well as coffee maker, and selection of toiletries are on request as well.
After a guest departure, the housekeeping staff would wait for a min. of 3 hrs before entering the room, and only after cold fogging. The rooms are left vacant for 24hrs
Housekeeping will be done only on request
We would avoid housekeeping of rooms, in the presence of guests in room, and request guests to leave their belonging in suitcases or in wardrobes and hangers so it avoids to be touched by staff
There will be an additional waste bin for biohazard disposal for gloves or masks of guests
All soiled linen will be taken by staff in gloves and face shield, and they are washed with detergent and tumble dried at 88C for 20min

Dining

Dining area is for in house guests, and is sanitised after every meal session, All tables and chairs are sanitised after use. We would maintain social distances as we set our dining area, and keeping travel bubble groups together. All of our staff will wear masks and gloves. Temperature of in house guests will be taken every morning at the restaurant. There would be a hand sanitizer at the entrance of the dining area. All our services are table serviced, and we do not have a menu card, we provide for a guest a meal based on their preference and restriction, and what is available for us fresh from the market and from our gardens. The effort is to use fresh ingredients, Server would maintain safe distance. All cutlery, crockery, glassware are dish washed at high temperature

Kitchen

Surfaces cleaned after periodically
Equipments and utensils in (chemical) and hot water
Team members to wash hands periodically and sanitise
Receiving area will quarantine and wash materials as suitable and sanitise before it moves to the stores
All cleaning equipments cleaned before and after use

Common Area

All communal spaces are kept exclusively for in house guests
Surface and high touch points will be cleaned and sanitised

Pool

The pools are currently closed as per local authorities directive
We continue to maintain the pools and disinfected with prescribed chlorine levels are are monitored frequently
Poolside furnitures are sanitised frequently
Fresh pool towels are provided when required by guest

Experiences

Social distancing, and group size of 5 will be recommended for activities
Staff will have mask, and will carry hand sanitizer along
Guests are expected to have masks
In case the service is assigned to a third party, there will be temperature check and a travel & health declaration will be requested prior to assigning of work

Laundry

Guests are requested to give laundry in bulk
Each guest laundry will be washed separately, will add disinfectants. It will be tumble dried at 80C
We will return guest laundry in sanitised trays to the rooms

Departure

Guest are requested to advice the team on tentative time of departure atleast an hour in advance, and all the bills will then be made available to them as email or Whatsapp
We recommend payment with mobile wallet / bank transfer, credit card
Cash may be also given at the front desk, all change returned will be sanitised under UV light
Luggage is to be left outside the room, and will be carried by our team to the vehicle, and will be disinfected
